We handle the work and send an update. We check with you before making decisions outside your instructions.
Start with one job.
One small job: $25
One straightforward arrangement accepted in advance. Includes relevant enquiries to up to three contacts, the follow-up agreed before payment and a written result. Larger jobs receive a separate quote.
One short visit: $50
One scheduled visit to an accepted Edmonton address, up to 30 minutes on-site, relevant photos and a short update. Waiting counts as attendance.
Need help regularly?
Monthly options start at $75. Start with one job if you are unsure how often you need us.
Prices in CAD plus applicable tax. Our fee covers arrangements, attendance and reporting. Contractor work, purchases and other outside costs are separate. Travel and appointment windows are confirmed before booking.

A few common questions
Why pay for something I can do myself?
You can handle it yourself. We are useful when the calls, follow-up or travel interrupt your work, or when you cannot be there.
Do I need a membership?
No. Start with one accepted job. Monthly support is optional, with no automatic renewal.
Do you carry out repairs or cleaning?
No. We arrange services, attend agreed appointments and report back. The provider quotes for and carries out their work separately.
What if a provider does not reply?
Before payment, we agree whether the job is a confirmed arrangement or a defined search with written findings. We record the attempts and seek approval before extra work. The small-job refund terms apply if we cannot deliver the accepted result.
Where do you work?
Edmonton is our focus. Sherwood Park, Leduc, Beaumont, St. Albert and nearby locations are assessed by address, travel and availability. We confirm any additional costs before booking.
Do you handle emergencies or property management?
No emergency response, security, technical inspection or regulated property management is included. We confirm whether a request fits before accepting it.
